Easy-going weight reduction schedule beginning 8 May 2011
This program is pursued simply by eating more frequently in smaller portions, omitting a wide range of foods and snacks that have no or little constructive value, and avoiding eating to capacity at all meals.
Examples of foods that are avoided, with little sense of loss are milk, butter, cheese, breads, cookies, pastries, cakes, pies, nuts of any kind in any form, puddings, gels, glazes, a wide range of faux foods, e.g., pizza, sugared cereals, can-died yogurts, potato chips, etc., all candies, miscellaneous condiments, caffeine in any medium, all carbonated sweet-ened drinks, slab meats (steak, pork, lamb, veal, livers, etc.), and — especially! — commercially prepared ground beef. The only alcohol intake is infrequent use of cooking wine.
What are eaten abundantly in various preparations, all fresh, are all marine flora and fauna, chicken, ground lean pork, beef ligaments, vegetables, fruits, herbs, natural spices, chicken and duck eggs cooked (only) in any style, and rice. The only oils for cooking are sesame and a com-pound of olive and canola. Any solid or liquid food that can be taken fresh is avoided in any alternative form, e.g., frozen, powdered, canned, instant, condensed, reconsti-tuted, distilled, purified, or concentrated. To forestall ill consequences without cooking, fresh salads are avoided, both at home and in restaurants. Eight ounces of a drink of cold ginseng and gojitsu berries are drunk every morning with daily meds and vitamins. Varieties of Celestial Season-ings herbal teas are drunk frequently throughout each day in eight-ounce quantities. Water is drunk daily in quanti-ties of eight ounces as needed to maintain proper hydration.
N.B. No distraction of television, with its well-known conse-quences, at any time. Riding in vehicles and public convey-ances is avoided when possible. All weights are recorded on a Sunday morning before the first meal on that day.

Hello there! Would you mind if I share your blog with my zynga group? There’s a lot of folks that I think would really enjoy your content. Please let me know. Many thanks
That’s fine.
I heard an interview with Dr. Mercola on the Alex Jones Show. They cover a lot of important topics. I suggest listening to it.
