But I bet not many people have heard about the life balance pyramid.
The life balance pyramid is a simple and visual guide to help create balance and maintain a sense of sell-being in life.
From basic needs, such as good nutrition, to relationships, purpose and coping skills, the pyramid is a model for emotional, physical and spiritual health.
We not only need good nutrition as presented in the food phyramid, we also need emotional, physical and spiritual health to be healthy as a whole person.
I think the life balance pyramid is a nice companion to the food pyramid.
